You should try sponsoring your game. I see you have a concurrent player base of, at the time, 6 players. How much are you spending on your current advertising?

Try making the cart ride actually go around a bean can, instead of being just a “normal cart ride with bean cans scattrered around”. Or try advertising/sponsoring if you haven’t already done that. But i really doubt this game will have an active player base for more than a day or two.

Make videos on TikTok if you don’t have any budget and if you do try sponsoring it

That seems good. You should invest in sponsoring instead though.
Here is what you can do to get your game in the front page:
Firstly, people like games that have something unique that other games do not have, so try and add something that other cart games do not have.
Next, you have to improve the quality of the game. You can do this by making high quality models for the game, high quality ui, etc. After fixing the game, you can make/buy a high quality thumbnail and icon for the game (the better the icon, the higher amount of clicks you will get)
After fixing the base of the game, you have to get to advertising. You have dozens of ways to get other people to see your game. Social media, you can create videos/upload leaks of you game on social media’s like TikTok, YouTube shorts, Twitter, etc. Sponsoring, I recommend sponsoring your game instead of creating ads as a lot of people have ad blockers and people under the age of 13 cannot view ads. If you are sponsoring, you have to have a very high quality icon as that is what will get people to click on the sponsorship. Once they click, the second thing they will see will be the thumbnail so you will need a high quality thumbnail. If these don’t work, you can pay someone with a decent fan base to advertise your game to their fan base. This can be YouTubers, tiktokers, discord server owners,etc.
