This looks like an UI for an souless cheap mobile game in my opinion. 5/10. (2/10 if the icons are not made by you.)
Its nice but maybe give it a little theme. the background and the menu don`t fit to be perfect. in my opinion (8/10)

Looks good but I would recommend your spacings to be more uniform, your left padding is different from your right padding and bottom padding and the gaps in the middle are all different
