Ooo I like these kind of tophats, just the curve from the top gives a creative feel to it. I have no criticism at all. Great Job!

This is actually really nice. It give me a retro-ish vibe with the straight sides and the more bluish purpleish colors.

It looks pretty good, the top hat band gradient is a bit rough however. Additionally, you could make it a little higher poly by adding a few more vertices to the round part of the hat.
