I would suggest destroying the NPC replica. Store the NPC in replicated storage and then clone it every time you use it. Once finish it destroys. Another thing could be the dialogue itself. Maybe make it so you do not have to click on it to see what it says.

Reminds me Robine shop system. Its actually same, but this one looks more progressive, instead, you can add some things to it.

  1. Customer Leaving shop
    1.1 Customer Doing some animation and then dissapearing smoothly.
  1. More dialogue sections, and kitchen where you actually can grab those burgers to give.
