Hi all, I’ve got some questions about the catalog search result algorithm for clothes.
What gets a piece of clothing up the top of search results? (Like this piece of clothing):
Is it most sales, the age, most favourites, or what?What are some keywording tricks you use to help users find your clothing?

I’d probably say most sales and favorites are what make a piece of clothing popular in general. But if you want to get your clothing known, I’d try:
Running an ad for it
Making sure the quality is decent (adding shading/highlights)
Joining/creating clothing groups
Using a descriptive title (e.g White crop top w/ jeans)
Telling people about your new creation
Overall, it can be really hard to get your clothing noticed due to Roblox’s crappy system.

Whatever you put in the search box is what will be displayed. It breaks down your search and finds all similar matches as possible. Most likely listed from most popular to least popular or best selling to least selling.
I think it is the most amount of robux earned from the piece of clothing and the number of sales it has received. However many people exploit this by buying their own clothing for a very high price.
