I can confirm this happening, clicking the 2D/3D button in quick succession after clicking try on will cause both 3D and 2D views to display 100% of the time(that is of course only if you click fast enough). I was only able to replicate the bug with shirts and pants. I only just now noticed this happening but, going off the fact this post is from November it seems it has been occurring much longer.

Here is a gif of the bug

The bug seems to happen sometimes while switching between 3D and 2D while loading your avatar when using the try on feature on hats. The bug displaces the 3D preview under the item thumbnail container, and keeps the 2D preview correctly positioned in the item thumbnail container.
The bug seems to happen on all accessories and only happens occasionally, however I did first find this while casually using the catalog.
This started happening to me today, August 17, 2020.

To reproduce the bug, you should go to any accessory in the catalog and spam the 3D and 2D options while your avatar is loading. It’s much easier to do when working with new accessories every time, as the loading times are longer. This bug seems to be kind of inconsistent, however.

This bug may happen in other parts on the site, but I wasn’t able to get anything to happen outside of the Try On feature.
This bug happens on Google Chrome with no added extensions.
