CatalogSearchParams.SortAggregation is undocumented
CatalogSearchParams.IncludeNotForSale → CatalogSearchParams.IncludeOffSale

I have checked the documentation page link you have provided, and CatalogSearchParams.CreatorType seems to exist:
As for the other properties you have mentioned, they are undocumented.
It is documented, but not a property in-game. Ex:
If I remember correctly, creator searching was not implemented on-release and is scheduled to be added soon
