CC® | Training Procedures Guide

Overview

This forum outlines the official procedures for conducting training sessions to ensure all new and current Crumbs® community members are consistently trained to uphold our standards. Adhering to these guidelines ensures a fair, thorough, and professional training experience, helping individuals succeed and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations. Trainers are expected to follow these procedures closely.

:pushpin: Please remember that when reviewing training materials with trainees, you should avoid copying and pasting information too quickly, as this can make it difficult for them to read and understand what you’re saying.

:clipboard: Important Information

Joining A Server
  1. Management members must join the Training Center 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Only the designated host may join before xx:40.
  1. Upon joining the training server, you must proceed to the planning room located behind the main stage. Once inside, stand on the lines to be assigned a role. Please be mindful of your position and respectful of others.
  • Do not join any second or third training servers until the first server host officially dismisses extra trainers. The first server to open is designated Server 1, followed by Server 2, Server 3, and so on.

NOTE: Any training servers that form after xx:03 should be disregarded and considered invalid.

Last-Minute Hosting
  1. In the event that the Server 1 session host has not yet joined, an available Bakery Manager or above may step in to host. If S2 forms and is eligible to be hosted, the same rule applies—an BM+ who has been dismissed from Server 1 may host. If no BM+ was dismissed, a non-dismissed member may host instead.
  • If the original host arrives after xx:42, they forfeit their hosting opportunity but may still participate as a trainer. The hosting limit may be bypassed only if no other BM+ is available to host.

  • There may be instances where a session will have to be canceled due to lack of trainers, lack of trainees, or other internal factors.

  1. If there are not enough trainers by xx:50, you will be able to ping management once more to raise awareness of the situation. Permission from an Executive Officer is not needed. If the minimum number of trainers aren’t present by xx:05, the session will be canceled.
Roles & Responsibilities

Each training session is comprised of 2 primary roles:

Session Host (1):

[ ✓ ] Responsible for the overall success and smooth operation of the entire training session.

[ ✓ ] Organizes and assembles the session and its assistants.

[ ✓ ] Regularly checks in with trainers to ensure they’re performing effectively.

[ ✓ ] Resolves any disputes or issues that may arise during the session.

[ ✓ ] Bakery Managers and above are eligible to host.

Trainer (Max. 4)

[ ✓ ] Responsible for training assigned trainees to their next rank.

[ ✓ ] Executes any other duties as assigned by the session host.

[ ✓ ] Ensures all employees are properly trained while adhering to established training procedures.

[ ✓ ] Bakery Assistant and above are eligible to train.

Answering PTS Questions & AFK Trainees

Prior to a session, trainers are responsible for addressing any questions from trainees. Approach them, greet them, and offer help when responding to their inquiries.

Example:
"Hello! Thank you for utilizing the PTS system. How can I help you?"

If a trainee goes AFK, record their departure time and remind them they have five minutes to return, or they will be removed for missing too much content.

Trainee Disconnection Protocol

If a trainee disconnects, the trainer must inform the host by providing the trainee's username. The host will unlock the server for 1-2 minutes and attempt to reconnect the trainee back in the server.

Maintaining Professionalism & Team Work

Collaborate as a team throughout the session, as it requires coordination, good judgment, and fairness for a successful outcome.

  1. When on stage, you represent the Crumbl’ Management Team alongside your colleagues, and your actions reflect the entire team.

TRAINERS are required to remain until all groups have completed their tasks, and once finished, they should assist other groups without needing to be asked.

HOST are expected to actively engage with all groups throughout the session, rather than merely overseeing them. Those who demonstrate favoritism or only assist select individuals will be addressed by the Staff Management Team. Effective teamwork enhances the experience for everyone, making the session more efficient and enjoyable.

  1. While occasional illness or fatigue is understood, it should not be frequent. Effective teamwork enhances the session, ensuring its success for all.
Promotion Command

Once you’ve completed training with your trainees, you can promote them using a command available BM+.

To use the command, type !promote USERNAME in the chat, in which will automatically promote the trainee to their next attainable rank (e.g., Trainee → Junior Team Member). If the promotion request has been successfully processed, you’ll receive a notification.

Examples:

!promote ayirals
To promote 2+ trainees efficiently do:
!promote serp, ayir, trul and so on…

If a trainee is NOT ranked due to a bot malfunction or they leave before results are given, review #rank-logs and request a higher up to rank them accordingly.

NOTE: Ensure to type 3-5 letters of their username to avoid mistakenly ranking another player.

Precarious Situation & AFK Protocol

Management member present MUST AVOID going AFK once the session commenced.

ONLY ATTEND sessions when you can fully dedicate your time. If an emergency occurs, privately request permission from the host.

  • Leaving without training most of your group will result in exclusion from the training log.

NOTE: Permission via in-game PMs will not be accepted as SHRs can monitor abuse.

Admin commands are designed to assist with training operations, serving as backups or manual overrides.

Hyra

Crumbl’ utilizes Hyra to track all management shifts and session attendance.

“Hyra is the all-in-one tool to run your Roblox Human Resources department. From activity tracking, staff management, and everything in between.”

  • Hyra offers a clean and automated solution to move away from tools like Trello and other systemROBLOX for managing ROBLOX employee data.

Logging

  1. Click on the timer/clock icon located below the home page icon.

  2. For an overview of the schedules and logs, click on the “Session” tab and select the session you attended/hosted.

Each individual is responsible for logging their own username and role.

To do so,

  1. Type in your username and select your profile.
    • This is a shift from the previous system where the host logged participants.

Trainers must log their own attendance, while hosts are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the logs. If any incorrect information is found or a user who left the session is still logged, the host will make the necessary corrections and contact Human Resources to report the issue.

Honesty in logging is essential to ensure accurate records. For further guidance, please refer to the Hyra Guide.

Session Trainer

Introduction

When all trainers and trainee(s) are situated with their assigned groups, begin by introducing yourself, provide a brief information and reminders about what the training will consist of.

  • Every time they PASS A SECTION of the training, give them a point by stating !ap USER
  • To reduce points, use the !rp USER
  • If a trainer must leave mid-session, the assigned ASSISTANT should assume trainer duties in their absence
👋 Welcome, everyone! Please stand by a register, we’ll get started soon.

Hi! My name is Y/N, and I’ll be your trainer today. I’ll be teaching you everything you need to know about becoming a member of the Crumbl` Team.

You will need to obtain V points to pass today’s session.

Before we begin, please keep the following in mind:

❌ Please do not go AFK during the session. I won’t be able to pause or repeat instructions.

💬 Refrain from chatting while I’m speaking, as it can be distracting to others.

❓ Hold all questions until I’ve gone through everything. There will be time at the end to ask such.

JOB INFORMATION

At Crumbl, your main job is to take care of cookie and drink orders.

To use a register, simply walk up and use your staff card. This will allow you to begin serving customers.

✏️ While grammar isn’t required for lower ranks, those who use good grammar and show kindness to customers are more likely to be promoted.

When a guest approaches, it is your responsibility to provide them with a welcoming greeting.

You’re welcome to make your own greeting and change it however you’d like.

Here’s an example of a greeting you can use: “Hi, welcome to Crumbl! What can I get for you today?”

💡TIP: Copy and paste your greeting to save time.

After adding the customer’s items, always ask if they want anything else.

Remember, guests can only order up to 3 items at once.

If they request more than three items, kindly inform them that, due to the maximum order limit, no additional items can be added.

After all items are added, press “SUBTOTAL,” then “CHECK-OUT” on the register, and ask the customer to use their card.

Once completed, thank the customer for visiting Crumbl.

Example: “Your order has been sent to the kitchen. Thanks for visiting Crumbl, have a great day!”

KITCHEN PROCEDURES

🧾The menu includes six cookies that change every two weeks, along with chocolate milk, regular milk, and water.

🎮 When you begin working in the kitchen, you’ll need to use the black controller under the screen to start preparing orders.

The controller has four buttons, each with a symbol and name to help you understand what it does.

To start an order, press the “Claim” button on the screen. Then, click on all the items the person asked for.

Once you’ve picked everything, press the “Complete” button on the controller.

After that, you’ll need to give the items to the person who ordered.

To do this, type !handto USER in the chat while holding the item.

✅ Does anyone have questions about how to make the menu items?

HANDLING DISRUPTIVE PLAYERS

If a player breaks the rules, you should give them a warning. If they keep causing issues, let a mod know so they can help.

Use this format in chat when giving a warning:

Warning | username | Trolling

If you need a mod to join your server, you can post on the group wall. Try something like: “A troller was warned. Please join if available.”

You may also use the report button in the top-right corner of your screen to call for help.

⚠️ There are some cases where warnings are not needed. These apply to major rule breaks.

🔒 Major rule breaks include: spamming, bypassing, exploiting, inappropriate actions, unfair treatment of others, and association with exploiters.

❓ Does anyone need more info about these major rule violations?

  • YES = Use the descriptions provided below.
  • NO = Ask if they understand the warning system and move on to the next section.
Spamming – Flooding the chat with too many messages.

Bypassing – Trying to get around the chat filter.

Exploiting – Using cheats or hacks (like flying or walking through walls).

Inappropriate behavior – Using usernames, outfits, or roleplaying in a way that breaks Roblox rules.

Discrimination – Treating others unfairly based on race, disability, religion, gender identity, or other preferences.

Offensive usernames – Usernames that target a player in a harmful way, including usernames that discriminate or bypass chat filters.

Association with exploiters – When a player uses a hacker to their advantage.

💬 Does anyone have questions about how our warning system works?

FINAL NOTES

Join our communications server to stay updated on events and announcements.

✏️ Grammar isn’t required for low ranks, but it is recommended for those interested in management.

🚫 Staff are not allowed to go on breaks and are expected to be on task. If you must go AFK, use the staff area in the kitchen.

To earn a higher rank, attend training sessions until you reach the Team Leader role. You can also be ranked by a Bakery Mod+ while you're helping out in the game.
From there, make sure to attend shifts and remain active.

You must be a member of your communications server to be eligible for promotion to Bakery Moderator, and meet the prior criteria stated.

🙋 Are there any final questions before we wrap up?

If you have assistants:

Assistant(s), you may now head over to a trainee. Good luck!

Otherwise:

You will now be tested on the information I’ve shared with you today. Good luck!
