When I press “Create” on the Roblox website on my iPad with iOS 14.8, it shows a black screen with nothing on it. However, if I got to the Creator Hub Store through a link, it loads everything on that page perfectly fine.
Here is a picture from my iPad 5th gen on iOS 14.8, I can’t payout from my Community on Roblox because it infinitely loads:
Hopefully this helps, here is the browser console after I clicked “Create” on the Roblox website. I have the “Web Inspector” setting enabled on my iPad:
Reproduction Steps:
- Go to a device with iOS 14 or Safari version 14 on MacOS
- On that device/browser, go to https://create.roblox.com/
- Notice that page is completely blank
- Now, try going to https://create.roblox.com/store/models
- Notice it loads perfectly fine. Certain pages (Like Home, Dashboard, Roadmap, Community Payouts, etc) show blank, but other pages (Like Store, Learn, Talent, etc) on Creator Hub load perfectly fine.
When this started happening:
Not 100% sure, but I’m pretty sure in the last 3 months, as I remember it working perfectly fine before that.
Expected behavior
I expect all the Creator Hub pages to load normally like they used to only a few months ago. I also expect the Community Payouts to load inside of the app.
