Chai is a Hawaiian Restaurant located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our restaurant sits upon the still & precious waters of Honolulu while visiting our beloved palm trees & Hawaiian meals proposed and cooked in front of you while you appreciate your time here at Chái. Our mission here at Chái is making our customers satisfied and inspiring our staff team to be uplifted while functioning to accomplish goals & facility duties. Our secondary mission here at Chài is to make you feel like you’re living the Hawaiian dream by eating traditional feasts and desserts we’ll have designed for you every day!

Want to become a Management Member?
- In order to become a Management member from your current position as a Staff Leader, there’s a series of steps in order to become recommended for Management Assistant. One way to become a Management Assistant faster is to apply for Management Assistant applications that’ll be published every 2 months. Another way to become a Management Assistant is to have Management traits. Down below, you’ll understand what I mean by “Management Traits.”
- Professionalism
Professionalism says a lot about your character. While having professionalism, expresses a lot about you and will be noted during a High Rank or Middle-Rank observation.- Leadership
Conducting leadership while as a Low-Rank member will be noticed and will be awarded in the near future cause being a leader is the key to becoming a successful Management Assistant here at Chái.- Activity / Hard Work
Last but not least, you must be active and work hard in order to become a Management Assistant. All of this takes time, it’s just not easily obtained. Please be sure to note that our Staffing Department is always watching, and will be observing all Staff Leaders.
