Want to become a Management Member?
- In order to become a Management member from your current position as a Staff Leader, there’s a series of steps in order to become recommended for Kitchen Assistant. One way to become a Kitchen Assistant faster is to apply for Kitchen Assistant applications that’ll be published every 2 months. Another way to become a Kitchen Assistant is to have Management traits. Down below, you’ll understand what I mean by “Management Traits.”
- Professionalism
Professionalism says a lot about your character. While having professionalism, it expresses a lot about you and will be noted during a High Rank or Middle Rank observation.- Leadership
Conducting leadership as a low-ranking member will be noticed and will be rewarded in the near future, cause being a leader is the key to becoming a successful Kitchen Assistant here at Chái.- Activity / Hard Work
Last but not least, you must be active and work hard in order to become a Kitchen Assistant. All of this takes time, it’s just not easily obtained. Please be sure to note that our Staffing Department is always watching and will be observing all Staff Leaders.
