Recently i acquired my first Mega Token on The Hunt: Mega Edition, and by that i won 3 itens, one of em was the Challenger’s Jersey wich when i equiped, i noticed that the hands have a wrong black texture on them as shown in the image bellow
It isnt that of a big deal, but i actually liked the shirt
Expected behavior
What i expect is that these wrong black texture on the hands get removed, so i can wear the item properly
Boosting as the event is actively going on and people can’t really use this. All the prizes should be wearable.
I dont really expect this to get fixed but it would be nice to as this is a free item for The Hunt: Mega Edition. The item in question (https://www.roblox.com/catalog/83356426167736/Challengers-Jersey) has wrong colored hands making them look really bad. In the example, the skin tone of the torsor is set to yellow while the hands are still black likely from the template uploaded. The black left and right arms aren’t even connected to the actual shirt

Expected behavior
I expect the black area in the left and right arm to get removed. As always i am waiting for a roblox staff for confirmation if this is suppose to be intentional or not

Thanks for reporting this. We took out that black spot at the bottom of the hand.

After equipping 19 hours later my hands show up as black on my profile still. I can see the texture of the shirt got changed but it seems to be really buggy now.
It does appear now normal ingame but not on my profile
I also refreshed my devforum pfp and the black hands also appear still
I have attempted to reequip it multiplie times but didn’t get it to solved
Try redrawing your avatar or making a small, unnoticable change to your avatar (such as changing the torso or head color, which won’t be visible under your accessories / shirt). Roblox doesn’t automatically redraw your avatar render after a change is made to an item, so the item will display as it originally looked when you first equipped it unless you force redraw it.
Redraw didn’t work. I just realized the issue depends on my avatar
If i wear a item that i didn’t wear before the bug then it works however, if i wear a item that i wore during the black hands bug then roblox refuses to update my avatar correctly. Normally shirt templates don’t get updated but since roblox manually updated it there seems to be a new bug regarding this
If this is the case then there probably needs to be some fix put in place incase roblox updates classic clothing in the future. This is fixable by changing something small but still it’s annoying
