WTH is this design?
Dark blue on top with a gray on bottom.
Even light and amber theme has it done correctly!
Yet the dark theme just looks insanely bad.
My request is simple, that is, properly color the top bar for Dark mode.

Dark mode topbar and the Amber mode topbar actually shares the same color, which is RGB(17, 18, 22).
Also, the Light mode topbar’s color is RGB(1,1,1) away from the background color, which is RGB(248, 248, 248). Not sure what your point is here.
I know that but in comparison, amber topbar looks better yet the dark mode topbar looks absolutely terrible.
My point is, that the topbar should be given a color that would fit the overall dark theme.
I tested a few colors and the best was (24,24,24) (personal opinion).
It’s subtle but looks good.
Yeah, but in my opinion, (17, 18, 24) is a better pick since it’s darker, and slightly resembles the Studio, Creator Hub, and the DevForum logo, which is Blue, (70, 157, 248).
Also, there’s really barely any difference, so if Roblox were to change the color to (24, 24, 24), then barely anyone would really notice unless they use a color meter or look really close to the top bar.
Then why not just remove the dark theme? Huh? Seems like it doesn’t match anything. Let’s just remove it.

Use the Roblox Dark theme. That’s what the navigation bar uses.
The top bar comes from our regular web tech stack (same as Creator Hub), so this only has a dark/light theme version. It is consistent with the rest of Creator Hub.
The forum themes have been around for a long time and we grandfathered them in instead of removing them when we added the new top bar, but we do not intend to have the non-Discourse parts of the UI support these older themes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can use Roblox Dark or Light for the best experience.
I really won’t consider this as a “solution” as this doesn’t solve my issue.
Right, to clarify, we’re explicitly stating above that this will be a “won’t address” due to what I mentioned. The custom forum themes are here for grandfathering reasons as a courtesy but we only fully support the main Light and Roblox Dark themes.

Correct, we sometimes reject feature requests or bug reports if they are not aligned with how we’re thinking about the product or if the effort compared to impact is too high to pay the opportunity cost. Thanks for the understanding here.
