How do I change whether a group is published under my group or my profile?

This is the wrong category so just keep that in mind the next time you post but

You cannot change the publisher, this is on purpose to stop hackers from quickly and easily transferring ownership of a game

You will have to copy everything over, anything like collision groups that cannot be copied will have to be replicated by you.
