I uploaded a animation on Roblox by recording myself doing something. So how do I make it position on this normal rather than it going back or up in the air. Like how do I put it in it’s normal position?

Hello, Position of character in animation if determined by position of Lower Torso.
SO just select the lower torso and use move tool and move it to center

The position is your wish. Just drag and move the lower torso to your desired position, the entire humanoid will move together with the lower torso

so, do I do this for all the frames?
Try recording it again with a timer so you don’t walk backwards at the start.

Yes my good sir, every single frame, just use your mouse to drag a box over all Lower Torso Keyframes, and move the lowertorso to the center
