Charged for failed purchase?

I was about to buy 2 items using a avatar creator game, and I used the multi-purchase prompt and it failed, however I still lost the robux it was supposted to cost me but I never recieved the items?

I cannot seem to find the purchase history list, as it is no longer in My Transactions.

I just had the same problem.
Seems like it’s happening to more people. I think this is a bug with the new API.

I got only 1 of the accessories and 1 pants.

Update:

You should expect to get your accessories soon after ~ 10 minutes.
