Chat Bubbles Doesn't Show Up In Roblox Studio Play Test

What is my issue?

  • When I write something in the chat or when I enter into a dialogue with an NPC I don’t see chat bubbles.

  • I had this problem a few weeks ago, but I didn’t attach much importance to it, but now, when I need to work with the dialogue of one of the NPCs in my game, I simply don’t see his messages, which is very annoying and I can’t properly check the functionality of the script.

However I only see this problem in Roblox Studio. That is, if I just join the experience through Roblox Client, then I will be able to see the chat bubbles.

I have the same issue. It works in-game though… super weird.

Thanks for flagging this. We are actively looking into this but also want to point out that we are not actively maintaining the legacy chat system since we launched the TextChatService, so if you haven’t migrated to TextChatService yet, please follow these instructions, and let us know your feedback!
