Chat Filtering - A Constant Bottleneck

Sometimes, particularly during peak hours for the website, filtering slows down to a point where players become unable to even talk for multiple minutes or longer. We have 50 to 60 players in our servers. This is a major bottleneck particularly since talking is the main way people play traditional roleplay games - it has been happening randomly for the past year or two.

Example depicted below - 2 or 3 minutes of completely paused/disrupted gameplay as the chat filter recovers. Is there any potential solution to this I could implement myself - or any word on this being an issue Roblox staff is aware of and working on addressing?

Do you have the new TextChatService enabled in your experience?

If not, Iā€™d recommend switching and seeing if that works. And if you do, maybe you can test out a custom chat system?

I tried switching to using it about a month or two ago, we had an issue where text was getting cut off in bubbles/the textbox so we had to switch back until that service is more stable.
