Why don’t Russian players be allowed to use chat in Roblox Studio? Interestingly, voice chat works there.

Why do you need to chat with Russian users? And why does it have to be in Studio?
If you want to chat/test with over people while in Studio, you can use the Team Test feature to achieve that goal.
