Chat not showing up at all and play buttons not doing anything

Back in early 2022, on another account of mines, one day I saw that the chat was gone from my page entirely. I went to play but the play button didnt really work. I didn’t know what to do so I had to spent months only watching Youtube content until in August 2022 when the official Roblox player app released, the problem was no longer there with the app. I wonder what happened though because that never has never happened to me before and after early 2022. Is anyone else experiencing or has experienced this bug? I know it happened some time ago so I wonder if Roblox fixed it or not. If the bug is fixed, the staff or forum moderation team please just say that it is fixed as a reply IN THIS TOPIC and I can put it as a solution or something. And then I will try to close the topic.

Expected behavior

If everything was working correctly, the play button should let you go into the game from that page. The chat should appear there and you can look for messages.

Space out your paragraphs, and attach screenshots/videos of the issue you’re experiencing. It’s hard to understand what you’re getting at here

Unfortunately, that was a long time ago and I never took screenshots or videos of it.

Unfortunately, we could not reproduce this issue, and accordingly to the description, it happened a while ago.
Without any screenshot or video, there’s no way we can check it up, but if the issue is not happening recently, it might as well have been fixed already, so this topic will be closed.

If this issue happens again, or any user experiencing this issue finds this topic, feel free to open a new bug report.

Thank you for the confirmation! Too bad the bug wasn’t discovered by staff though. Its okay though since its irrelevant now, completely.
