Recently Today I received vc (voice chat) on Roblox without verifying any documents. I had it for a couple of hours before voice chat disappeared from my privacy settings. I don’t know if this is a bug or if it just got removed from account for some reason. Is this a bug? Please provide any information if you can thank you.

i think it’s a bug, voice chat has been breaking for a lot of people, including me.

Hey! Try to use Roblox’s api to figure out what’s going on!

This API should tell you everythnig about the account currently logged in that has to do with Avatar Video and Chat with Voice.
Just reply here with the denialreason and different var’s on the api and I’ll attempt to decipher it for you. Theres no documentation so it’s like 100 times harder to figure it out but I used to not have vc for months and I finally got it.
Unofficial documentation for Denial reasons:
Denial reason:7 - Criteria for VC not met. (This can include not having a phone number and other non-public details regarding your location or account created date that isn’t publicly listed.)
Denial reason:3 - Criteria met however not in deployed country, state, or city. (Possibly in queue for VC)
Denial reason:0 - You have access to VC. 
edit: there’s also a factor with your birth date. i changed mine to my real one and i got it, try to switch it to something believable instead of like 1990 maybe the 2000s

My denial reason is 3.
I currently do not live in the US as I had moved away from there years ago.
I was wondering , what country is needed to get voice chat without an ID?
Is it only available for US citizens?
What would happen if I change my phone number to a non-VoIP US phone number?

Not to be that type of person but it would help to know what country you reside in. I myself reside in the United States, and yes you’re gonna need a non-voip number however I can’t confirm that since if the system allows your VOIP number then I don’t think it would notice.

I’ve had VC for a while but since today it’s not working for me. I live in Sweden with my ID verified.

That’s weird. If your ID is verified you will 100% get access to VC (documented feature). I’d recommend contacting Roblox Support.

Before I gained VC, my denial reason changed to a 3 so I think you’re about to get VC probably.
