Checksum function for externally loaded assets

Currently, there’s a known exploit going around that allows users to modify their loaded assets via the use of Fiddler (They redirect incoming traffic requests to mirror to another asset). This is a bit of a problem, as users are able to modify content on their clients, which may affect the experience of others players (Custom animations, custom sounds, custom meshes etc.)
