"Cheeks", "Chiseled" & "Narrow" Head Images are not Loading

Reproduction Steps

The images for these 3 assets no longer load, both on the website and in-game (using rbxthumb Asset thumbnails)

Expected Behavior

The images for these Classic Heads should load properly

Actual Behavior

The images do not load, and appear with a broken thumbnail

Edit: I spoke too soon, we thought we know what the issue was but now it seems more complicated. We are investigating the issue.

I usually have the Chiseled head on. Here’s what it looks like right now:

While wearing Chiseled:

It seems to be working for me in-experience. Due to the nature of this bug, it should only be happening in thumbnailing. When the heads are loaded by assetId (as is done in-experience), they should work fine. The problem is with the assetHash loading path that is used by the thumbnailer.

I can confirm that all three heads’ thumbnail appear correctly!
