About Me

Hello there! I am CheekyPine, and I have been building on the ROBLOX platform for 3-4 years. I mostly specialize in building with a mid poly style. All assets I make are done in Studio.

Availability

Because of the unpredictability of life and school, it really depends when I will be available. I am usually available for most of the 7 days of the week, from ~3 PM to 10PM on weekdays and then from 6AM-10PM on weekends (PST). I will not be available on holidays.

I will not do full time jobs, only commissions

Pricing

Prices are negotiable until I have decided on straightforward prices. I will not accept by percentage.

Payment is being accepted through only ROBUX, via gamepasses or group funds.

Terms of Service

Before hiring me, please read the terms of service as which I have established, to avoid any complications during the commission.

1. I may cancel a commission at any given time for any reason. If it is the recruiter’s fault that I cancel the commission, you will not be refunded.

2. I have the power to demand more payment if the negotiated price is too low in relation to the work done.

3. You are to pay me first before I start making the asset.

4. Along with payment, you must be willing to pay the 30% tax.

5. I will not build the following: vehicles, weapons (depends), anything with a fantasy theme (mostly only complex things).

6. I may refuse to script any visuals I may find difficult, as I am capable of only very basic physical changes and tweens.

7. You agree when hiring me that you have read through the ENTIRE portfolio and its TOS.

I ordered a lobby for my game, medium size. There was an issue since I had no idea on the style I wanted, so I just showed him a photo and he understood me perfectly. After payment, he did it in 2 days and edited it 4 times. A really good builder, fast, friendly, not the cheapest, but for the quality of the service it’s totally fair.
