Cheezy’s Pizzeria is an authentic restaurant-based establishment based around providing outstanding service & leading the roleplaying industry while serving customers to the best of our abilities.

We strive to accommodate you with the best experience and service, to provide excellence and indulgence. Also, to leave a long-standing positive and breathtaking impact on the Roblox Community. Customers are guaranteed to have a great time at Cheezy’s Pizzeria! Satisfaction is something we are proud to ensure.

Cheezy’s Pizzeria was Established on August 11th, 2024, by the Leadership Team and has been providing excellent service ever since.

Community Guidelines

We have implemented additional regulations that our guests and staff members are required to follow. Non-compliance with these regulations will lead to moderation actions being taken on our premises.


General Rules

  1. Respect: Treat others with kindness, respect, and empathy. Avoid personal attacks, harassment, or any form of discrimination.
  1. Offensive language: Refrain from using swear words too frequently or targeted towards another as well. Keep the conversation clean and appropriate for everyone.
  1. Positive Atmosphere: Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting uplifting and constructive discussions. Encourage members to be supportive and helpful to one another.
  1. Explicit or Inappropriate Content: Do not share or post any explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to images, links, or discussions.
  1. Trolling: Trolling is not allowed at the restaurant. This includes insulting/being disrespectful to the staff and customers, ordering food not on the menu, dancing on the counters and tables, enlarged 3D clothing, etc. This will result in a kick and then a ban at the cafe if continued.
  1. Spamming: Spamming at the restaurant will result in an immediate kick from the restaurant and if continued, it will result in a ban.
  1. Bypassing: Bypassing at the restaurant will result in a permanent ban from the restaurant. This includes swearing or anything that is usually blocked by Roblox.
  1. Exploiting: Exploiting at the restaurant will result in a permanent ban from the restaurant. This includes glitching in the walls or a place you shouldn’t be in, speeding yourself without having the gamepass, etc.
  1. Advertising: Advertising any unrelated content will result in an immediate kick from the restaurant and if continued, it will result in a ban.
  1. Racism, Homophobia, or Sexism: Displaying racist, homophobic, or sexist behavior either verbally, within your name, or articles of clothing will result in a permanent ban from the restaurant.
  1. Death Threats: Death threats directed towards anyone results in a permanent ban from the restaurant.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality: Do not share personal information or private conversations such as leaking IPs or discussions without explicit permission. Respect the privacy of all members. This is not tolerated to Cheezy’s Pizzeria Facilities and will result in a permanent ban from the restaurant.
  1. Roblox TOS: In the ROBLOX Platform, you’re required to follow Roblox’s Terms of Use. Breaking any rules will result in a permanent ban from the restaurant.

Staff Rules

  1. All staff members should abide by the General Rules which have been put in place for the entire community.
  1. All staff members should be using adequate, yet understandable English vocabulary. This includes using grammar whilst in staff areas. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your termination.
  1. All staff members should not be abusing any staff-related systems in-game or on our communications server. Failure to abide by this rule will ultimately result in your termination, depending on the severity.
  1. When representing Cheezy’s Pizzeria at an Alliance you must abide by their community regulations. However, grammar and professionalism must be used when representing Cheezy’s Pizzeria.

The list below will detail the various group roles at Cheezy’s Pizzeria along with their respective responsibilities.


Non-Staff Ranks

Customer:
This rank is designated to all those who join the Cheezy’s Pizzeria group. Customers are the users who play the game and order from our staff team.

Noted Customer:
This rank is designated to the resigned Staff Members. They are respected people of the group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this rank.

Business Partner:
This rank is for the partners and allies of Cheezy’s Pizzeria. The representatives of the partnered groups may claim this role. However, this role is also used for collaborations and those who contributed to Cheezy’s Pizzeria.

Trainee:
A trainee, with no staff experience who is awaiting an available training session. This rank is not considered a staff member.


Low Ranks

Cashier:
A staff member who has undergone 1 training session and has enough experience to serve customers.

Chef:
A staff member who has undergone 2 training sessions and has enough experience to cook for customers.

Skilled Chef:
A staff member who has undergone 3 training sessions and has the best cooking skills & experience in the kitchen.

Kitchen Leader:
A staff member that has undergone all training sessions and has the most authority in the kitchen. This rank has the ability to receive a promotion to Staff Apprentice. See Promotion Requirements for more details regarding promotions.


Middle Ranks

Staff Apprentice:
A recently promoted Kitchen Leader. Staff Apprentices usually spend a few weeks learning about the Middle-Rank team and its daily operations. Apprentices undergo many examinations and trials with their advisors before they officially become a Middle-Rank. They can only assist at sessions.

Staff Assistant:
A Middle-Rank who has enough experience and skills to supervise and assist colleagues at the restaurant. Staff Assistants can also train & assist at sessions.

Supervisor:
A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the restaurant. This rank can also host shifts at the restaurant.

Assistant Manager:
A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the restaurant and attend training sessions. Assistant Managers can host sessions & shifts.

Manager:
A Middle-Rank who has enough experience to supervise at the restaurant and attend training sessions. Managers can host sessions & shifts.

General Manager:
The highest Middle-Rank in the group. General Managers can supervise at the restaurant, host, and attend training sessions. General Managers are under the supervision of the Executive Team for a future High-Rank position.


High Ranks

Executive Intern:
A recently promoted General Manager member. Executive Intern learns about their assigned department and assists the Leads in decision-making.

Executive Assistant:
The Executive Assistants are slightly experienced members of their department and start getting the hang around their department as they progress.

Executive Officer:
The Executive Officers are experienced members of their department and handle all departmental work. The Executive Director reports to the Presidential Team & Department Leadership.


Senior High Ranks

Executive Director:
This is the highest role one can get before being considered for an Executive rank. With such, a lot more responsibility comes into action. Executive Directors work closely with their division’s leaders to ensure tasks are carried out smoothly, and all members of the team are on-point. The EOs are carefully monitored by the Executive Team. Getting this position isn’t straightforward – you have to consistently show dedication, leadership skills and true desire for the placement.

Contributor:
This rank is designated to our Donors & Supporters. They are respected people of the group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this rank.

Development Team:
The Development Team handles all of our functional games within Cheezy’s Pizzeria. They’re in-charge of updating our games and fixing bugs that are found.


Leadership Team

Presidential Associate:

  • The Presidential Associates lead their assigned departments and assist the Leadership Team in decision-making.
  • The Maximum Capacity of this rank is 2 people.
  • Currently the rank is designated to Sitedirector05 & @None

Vice President:

  • The Vice President assists the Leadership Team in decision-making and assists the President with Leadership duties. They oversee all departments. Whenever the President is absent, they take on the responsibilities as a group owner. This rank is the most entrusted rank of the Leadership Team.
  • The Maximum Capacity of this rank is 1 person.

President:

  • The President is the current and rightful owner of the group. The President manages the entire group and can overrule any decision made.
  • This rank is unachievable.
  • Currently the rank is designated to TomOMG25
Promotion Requirements

The list below outlines the criteria required for promotion to higher ranks at Cheezy’s Pizzeria.


Customer > Trainee:

  1. Join Cheezy’s Pizzeria Group
  2. Go to the Job Center
  3. Pass the Quiz.

Trainee > Cashier:

Pass a training.

Cashier > Chef:

Achieve 125 in-Game points & pass a training.

Chef > Skilled Chef:

Achieve 225 in-Game points & pass a training.

Skilled Chef > Kitchen Leader:

Achieve 400 in-Game points & pass a training.

Kitchen Leader > Staff Apprentice:

Note: This is an MR promotion.

To pursue a promotion to Staff Apprentice, apply for MR when monthly applications open, or consistently demonstrate your dedication by actively working and serving customers at the restaurant. Over time, your efforts may catch the attention of an Executive and garner recommendations from fellow staff members, significantly increasing your chances of promotion.

MR Promotion Requirements

  • Must be in our communications server.
  • Must use grammar.
  • Must demonstrate good & desirable qualities.

Development Department

The Development Department is responsible for all aspects of game development at Cheezy’s Pizzeria, which includes rolling out new updates, fixing bugs, and gathering feedback for development.

Staff Team

The Staff Team consists of our dedicated Middle Ranks, always available to assist. Their role is to ensure that everyone enjoys an exceptional experience in our game and to prevent any disruptive behavior from players.


Executive Team

The Executive Team is a small team of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing an unforgettable experience. Aside from their daily department-related tasks, the high-rank team manages bans, LR promotions, company reformations, staff efficiency & encrypting/logging of sensitive & mature information.


Leadership Team

The Leadership Team, which established Cheezy’s Pizzeria, holds the most significant roles within the group. They should be contacted exclusively for inquiries regarding to their roles or to report situations of a serious nature.

Alliance Information

For inquiries or concerns about alliances or alliance information, please reach out to the Public Relations Department.

Please ensure you adhere to the requirements listed below to affiliate with us.

Alliance Requirements

  • No less than 100 Non-Botted Group Members.
  • No less than 50 Non-Botted Discord Members.
  • Must be a company, especially a Cafe, Restaurant or Hotel.
  • Must have a good activity within your Establishment.
  • Must have communicative staff members that utilize Grammar.
  • Must maintain good Moderation within your Establishment.
  • Must not sell or giveaway ranks with moderative or administrative powers.
  • Must be well developed, with functional games, graphics & assets.
  • Must not utilize free models at their premises.
  • Must have a clean history with no past or current controversies.
  • Must collaborate planned events & visits with our Establishment.
  • Must prepare 2 representatives to announce our relevant functions.

Negotiations

An exception can be agreed upon if the group has no less than 50 members and If Discord has no less than 25 members. Only If the group is beneficial.

You must apply for an exception request & get it accepted before actually applying with an application.

Questionnaire

  • Why did you pick Cheezy’s Pizzeria to become a potential alliance?
  • What are the main strengths and weaknesses of your company?
  • What are your aims within this potential alliance for the future?
  • Supply a minimum of two ambassadors on your behalf.

Disciplinary Action

The list below provides information on how the Disciplinary Process works at Cheezy’s Pizzeria, depending on the type of regulation you have disobeyed.


Information

Staff members are obligated to use the current Warning System when dealing with disruptive players.

Warn (3 times) > Kick > Ban (if rejoined & continued)

A disruptive player receives the maximum of three warnings from a Low Rank, a Middle Rank must be notified to kick them. The disruptive player attempts to rejoin and persist in their disruptive behavior, a High Rank must be alerted to implement a ban.

Staff members who disobey our community regulations are to be reported to a middle-rank. The process regarding disruptive staff members will remain classified.

Ban Appeals

The list below provides information on how you can get unbanned from Cheezy’s Pizzeria, depending on the type of ban you have received.


Information

Have you ever been falsely banned from our Establishment, or do you want to remove an old ban? We now provide ban appeals for everyone in Cheezy’s Pizzeria!

Permanent Ban

If you have been banned forever recently, you may get in contact with an Executive member to resolve the situation.

Temporary Ban

If you have been banned for a specific time, you may not appeal this ban. You’ll have to wait until the time is over and you’ll be unbanned immediately.

Termination

If you have been terminated recently, you may get in contact with an Executive member to resolve your situation.

Blacklist

Blacklists are permanent and cannot be retracted unless deemed invalid.

Rules & Requirements

  • You may only appeal your bans here once.
  • You must wait up to 24 hours in order to appeal.
  • Please give us 72 hours to review your appeal.
  • Trolling in your appeal will result in losing the chance to apply in the future.
  • Don’t lie or give us misleading information within your appeal.
  • Appeals should have effort to show you have improved from your mistakes.
