INTERVIEW GUIDE
Before starting a interview you will need to shout it 30 minutes before the Interview.

You will slock the server until that 30 minutes is over, You will get all staff in position and ready to work.

Hosts:

Host your job is to rank and make sure everything is in place and also shouting.

Co-Hosts:

Your job is to read the rules and also Interview if you would like, You may also rank.

Interviewers

Your job is to Interview people, THAT’S ALL.

Assistants

Your job is answer all questions that the CUSTOMERS have.

Before starting anything you will have to say your intro, etc. “Hello, I am (name) and I will be your host today.”
This will go around to every staff.

After you are finished with the intros you will move on to Rules, ONLY THE CO-HOST SAYS THIS:

[1] Respect is needed at all times. Being disrespectful towards anyone will result in a removal from the session or even a demotion.

[2] Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and capitalization must be used at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in a warning, followed by a demotion.

[3] Do not argue with your Interviewer if you do not pass this Interview. You can still attend the next one. Remember, there is always a second chance.

[4] You must abide by our regulations and policies at all times. Failure to do so will lead up to a warning, or even possibly a demotion.

[5] We wish you the best of luck.

In the scale of 1-10, what is your grammar at?

Do you have any past experience, if yes say.

TRAINING GUIDE
TRAINING RULES:
Note: DO NOT Forget to Enable PTS {Permission To Speak} Before starting.
Grammar is a MUST, when it comes to serving a customer, or talking to any staff.
Respect is also a MUST. Even if a customer is rude, you have to respect them and don’t forget to also respect your Staff members.
If there is a Troller in the game, you have to give them 3 warnings. After 3 warnings, find an HR to tell them what happened so that they can solve the problem.
If there is a Exploiter in the game, DO NOT give them any warnings. Find an HR in the game or on Disc.
Make sure you greet the customer or staff. Example, “Hi, Welcome to Subway | Eat Fresh, My name is [name],How may I help you on this wonderful day?” Or in any kind of greeting that is similar.
The items for a customer to receive is 3 items max.

  1. Greetings
    Trainers, Say the lines below me.
    When I come up to you please show me your greeting, if I suspect you are using Copy & Paste OR Pre Writing, You will fail directly. (You can use it in restaurant but not here.)
    (They have two tries if they fails the 2 tries tell them that they have failed this test.)

  1. Order test
    Give them orders (Max 4) and 60 seconds for each order. You can give them any order from the menu BUT beware of the time.
    (If they exceed the limit of seconds or failed on giving the order, Tell them that they have failed the test.)

  1. Trolling test

For trolling test, you have to go to your trainee and talk to him like a customer but then start trolling him for Example: Hello Noob, I Want RATS. Or something like that. IF your trainee didn’t give you any warning and was just trying to tell you to get down or stop they will fail this test automatically.

  1. Exploiting test

For the Exploiting test, You have to use some admin commands like: :to,:bring,:fly ONLY. If the trainee was giving you warnings or telling you to stop and didn’t call a HR, then he/she will fail directly.
