Being employed for Chiller’s Restaurant means you agree to follow all rules, procedures, and guidelines listed below. Failure to follow them could result in demotion, suspension, or termination of your position.
Warnings
If there is a Troller in the game you must warn them for their actions. Here are some examples of what a Troller could be warned for, “Abusing Caps”, “Annoying Employees”, or “Trolling”. Please keep your warning reasons short, but also informative!

Admin Abuse
Admin is in the game to help you do your job. Not to have fun. All commands are logged into our Communications Server. If you are found to be abusing admin you will be subject to suspension, demotion, or even termination!

Promotions
Promotions are an awesome thing to happen in our group.
To be promoted you must attend shifts, & training sessions. Open the descriptions below to see the process for specific rank groups.
LR to MR
You can be promoted at shifts, & training sessions without having to be referred to the Administrative Department.
MR to HR
You must be referred to the Administrative Department for approval, they will go through recommendations that include many people, just not you. Once they filter out poor candidates for the position. They will look at any negative, positive, and inactivity reports of you. If you are selected you will be promoted and notified on our communications server.
HR to SHR
You must be referred to the Administrative Department, and the Leadership team for approval, they will go through recommendations that include many people, just not you. Once they filter out poor candidates for the position. They will look at any negative, positive, and inactivity reports of you. If you are selected you will be promoted and notified on our communications server.
Demotions
Demotions are only used if you are severely doing your job incorrectly. We do not like demoting users, it’s a last resort. The following procedures must be followed before demotions. (Some may be circumvented depending on the severity of the incident)

- Documented warning
- Suspension from rank
- DEMOTION
If you did something extremely serve, you will be referred to the Administrative Department, or Leadership team for termination
