Choose asset type dropdown menu not showing up

So im trying to make a marketplace accessory hat, and when i go to save to roblox it doesnt show me the ui i need to select what accessory

ok so theres 3 meshes under an accessory item in the workspace, one is called handle and thats like the main part and it has all the things you would need to upload it as an accessory

so press save to roblox but it doesnt like let me upload as an accessory

Use a plugin that allows you to create an object as a prop, anywhere you want. Example: If you create a hat, the plugin asks you where you want your object on the back as a hat etc.

I think that way you can save your accessory as you want in roblox.

This was the one that worked for me to create 2 accessories, one for the Back, the other for the Head

Maybe to get the stupid questions out of the way, are you even part of the UGC program? Because usually the only ones who don’t see the option are not part of the UGC program.

You need to be in the UGC program in order to upload accessories to the avatar shop.

I also believe that accessories can only consist of a single mesh, and cannot contain PBR mapping. However, I’m not sure on this since I haven’t researched UGC nor am I in the program.

I may be wrong about the PBR mapping, but I’m nearly 100% sure about the single mesh, as every accessory I’ve imported to studio is a single mesh.
