Hello, i won’t talk too much, so i have a question - is that possible to make “Cinematic Like” cutscenes?
I got this idea from fortnite, where they were putting intro for every season and that was looks great. Ofcourse i know that they was using already made video/animation, but i got a question, is that possible to put a video or just make an animation with a lot of interacts, add to it some perfect lighting and etc?
Yes, it’s indeed possible but will take time.
Add 2 black guis 1 up and 1 down.
Make your lighting goood bc the better lighting, the more cinematic it gets
make your animation realistic.
Well, i already knew about these 2 black frames up and down. Anyway thanks for motivating/giving a chance!
Field of view, matters too.
FOV is usually set to 70 which is excellent for gameplay. But terrible for cutscenes.
Camera Movement will give off a good cinematic feel as well.
I added the guis, and fov, and somewhat real animation. This is my result
Cinematics off.
Well, my game is fully first person based, so i don’t think that i have to change anything with camera. Anyway thanks
First person animations look sick in the end. Make sure to add camera shaking in it in sync with animations, that will make it feel better.
Camera shaking will be made by joining the camera to the head with a script which i already got. So all what i have to do is just to animate head.
