For some reason, the “City Life Man” bundle went off-sale on October 25, 2018, and never returned.

I just found out that it was on sale for only 1 day and then went off-sale. According to the Roblox Wiki, it was published on October 24, 2018, and went off-sale on October 25, 2018. Since they made it unobtainable in one day, you should know that something was wrong with that bundle. Considering that no changes have been made over the years, I don’t necessarily think it should come back.
While continuing my research, I found a reply from October 26, 2018, which according to that, they also removed the same bundle from the section showing free Rthro bundles on the Rthro promotion page, indicating that it was intentional:

Why not? It’s no longer 2018 and this bundle probably won’t get as hated as much today
