City of Aradonia Guidebook

Introduction

Welcome to the City of Aradonia! Based upon games similar to our genre, like the former Kavra’s Kingdom, we take a different approach through the utilization of a city! We aspire to make a game that is similar in execution to the beloved Kingdom games, with a twist of our own. You’ll figure out our history soon enough!

This is our guidebook, outlining the rules, the ranks, how to perform each role, though it will be explained for you in-game when the time comes, among a variety of different things we intend to include in this guidebook!

Rules

1: Do Not Exploit/Cheat

Do not use client-based cheats or exploits to cause unintended behaviors in the game or give yourself an unfair advantage over others.

Do not utilize broken or bugged mechanics in the game in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players or intentionally reap a benefit of the bug.

Do not create or use alternative accounts to assist you with any tasks you have as any rank or in an attempt to artificially accelerate your progress.

Do not create, upload, post, instruct, or assist others in the abuse of an exploit, bug, or vulernability in the game.

2: Keep Your Interactions Respectful With Everyone

Do not demean, disrespect, insult, attack, etc. other users in-game. Under no circumstance should you engage in such behaviors detrimental to any community.

You should not engage in behaviors insulting another group of people or a person. Not only is this disrespectful, it is unwanted behavior.

Your interactions with staff should also remain respectful, and no party should feel threatened or disrespected during interactions with Moderators. In the case you feel you have been disrespected by a Moderator, you are welcome to dispute the situation with us on our communications server.

Do not, under any circumstance, share the personal information of yourself or another person. We do not care about the history of that person or whether or not the information was voluntarily shared.

Conducting yourself in a manner that intentionally inflames or sparks conflict between you and other individuals, or otherwise trolling/griefing, is not allowed.

3: Do Not Spam, Flood, or Advertise

Refrain from posting a message repeatedly in chat. It clogs chat and makes you a nusiance, nothing more.

Do not send advertisements for any group, product, game, or service, regardless of the affiliation or relevance to the game it has.

Otherwise being unproductive to public forum and conversation may also be classed under this rule and will result in punishment. This is subject to the Moderator and the reviewer of the punishment during any appeal process.

4: Limitations on Acceptable Conversation

Topics regarding politics, religion, etc. are not meant to be discussed on Roblox. For that reason, engaging in such conversations is grounds for Moderation intervention.

Entering conversation with the intent to spread information in order to fearmonger or to misinform is not acceptable. If the topic is sensitive in question, it will be acted upon regardless of this rule, and regardless of the accuracy of the information in question.

Keep your conversations appropriate for Roblox. Do not discuss content which may be adult in nature or otherwise violates Roblox’s TOS.

5: User Accounts

Do not attempt to or otherwise impersonate any individual, regardless if they’re affiliated or not with Aradonia, a person known or unknown, etc.

Keep your avatar and username appropriate for Roblox. Dependent on the display name, username, and avatar, a ban of varying length will be applied. (Ie, an inappropriate display name will face less ban time than an inappropriate username.)

6: Do Not Bypass Bans

Do not circumvent or evade any bans you’ve been issued. If you’ve been banned, we do not want you here for the time set in the ban.

Do not assist, instruct, or provide any user with a method for bypassing a ban issued to them. This includes offering an account for them to use.

7: The Usage of Systems

Do not use calling systems/features to needlessly summon an Admin to your location. If you intend to summon an Admin, ensure you have reason to do so.

Refrain from engaging in vigilante behavior. If you see a rule being broken, use systems at your disposal to request the presence of an Admin. Do not attempt to confront the individual yourself.

Do not create user reports with falsified evidence/statements. Do not fabricate evidence for the sake of getting a user in trouble. Information you provide should be accurate, and your reasoning for reporting a user should be valid.

8: Respect Staff & Their Time

Do not mini-mod for staff. You are not responsible for hunting down users breaking the rules and reporting them.

Do not pretend to be a mod or bootleg moderate. In accordance with Rule 7, use systems at your disposal to report rule-breaking behavior.

Do not argue with staff or the decision of staff. If staff tell you to stop doing something, stop doing it. Ignoring them, arguing with them, or outright disrespecting them will help no side and only serve to make things worse.

9: Other Rules

Follow and abide by Roblox’s TOS. Violation will result in circumstantial punishment dependent on Moderator discretion.

Conducting yourself in a way that violates Federal or International Law is inexcusable, and just grounds for Moderation.

If you spread, share, communicate, through text, voice, video, or audio, through any platform, content which is not released or announced, is grounds for Moderation. This does not apply to predictions of future content which happen to be true.

Appeals are conducted via our communications server. No appeals will be granted for second-chances.

Policies

Videos Violating Rules

Videos which violate the rules outlined above as taken place in our game will be subject to Moderation. Furthermore, videos about our game without directly including our game, to a degree of limitation, will be subject to Moderation.

Videos that:

Encourage or promote rule-breaking behavior;
Encourage or promote the utilization of glitches/bugs;
Demonstrate how to perform a glitch/bug;
Violate the rules as they’ve been outlined;
Or demonstrate how to get exploits for our game.

Will all be subject to Moderation.

Bugs Affecting Your Account

Under the circumstance in which you encounter a bug, we are under no circumstance responsible for returning your account to the previous state before the bug was encountered. Any losses or gains arising as a result of a bug occurring and interacting with your account may not be reverted.

Under certain circumstance, this policy will not be adhered to, and restoration to user accounts will be granted. Under this circumstance, the restoration will only occur if the user is able to provide through photo or video evidence, with a clear display of their username, the content which was lost.

If you are able to provide evidence of the status of your account before the encountering of a bug, open a ticket on our communications server. A user in charge of handling account data will be able to assist you in restoring your lost data.

Ban Appeals

Our ban appeals will be handled exclusively on our communications server. We are actively looking for alternative way for users unable to access our communications server to appeal their ban.

A ban appeal may be initiated after the occurrence of a ban, and will only be accepted under the conditions the provided ban is false or has little to no evidence to back up the ban, also then providing the ban issued was false. Other circumstances may apply.

Ranks & Ranking

In order to progress through the ranks in Aradonia, you must complete tasks for your currently assigned job. Upon reaching a certain level of XP, you will be granted your next rank. The progressions are as follows:

Outcast: Obtained via joining the official group.

Citizen: Obtained by receiving citizenship in Aradonia.

Streetsweeper: 1,000 XP

Farmer: 2,000 XP

Guide: 4,000 XP

Miner 8,000 XP

Merchant: 16,000 XP

Trader: 32,000 XP

Storyteller: 64,000

Conductor: 128,000 XP

Scientist: 256,000 XP

Engineer: 512,000 XP

Clerk: 1,024,000 XP

Manager: 2,048,000 XP

Probationary Patrolman: 4,096,000 XP

Patrolman: 8,192,000 XP + Training

Supervisor: 16,384,000 XP + Training (age limitation applies)

Patrolmaster: Appointed

Peacekeeper: Appointed

Minister: Appointed

Secretary: Appointed

Architect: Application + Appointed

City Council: Appointed
