City of Wonsan Community Guidelines
Last Updated February 21, 2022
The following rules are to be followed at all times within our game and in the community. Failure to do so will result in administrator action.
Follow Roblox ToS (Terms of Service)
Do not Fail Roleplay
Fail Roleplay, or FRP, is when a person fails to roleplay realistically, and takes advantage of unrealistic aspects of the game to make the gameplay unfair for other players.
The following examples are considered FRP:
- Complete disregard for any rules set in place
- Using third party software to gain advantage over others
- Spam equipping bicycles or scooters to reach places that are not supposed to be reached
- Blatant refusal to comply with an admin’s command in game
- Shooting/aiming a weapon while in the driver seat
- Using a taser at an unrealistic distance
- Using the “!help” command for no reason
The following examples are not considered FRP:
- Law Enforcement using a taser on someone in a vehicle to arrest them
- Intentionally interrupting a completed roleplay session
Do not Leave to Avoid Arrest or Reset to Avoid Arrest
Leaving to Avoid Arrest, or LTAA, is when a player leaves the server when placed in handcuffs, or is approached by someone with handcuffs out.
Resetting to Avoid Arrest, or RTAA, is when a member uses the “Reset Character” button or changes team to avoid being arrested. This can happen when a member gets placed in handcuffs, or is approached by someone with handcuffs out.
Do not Spawn Kill
Spawn killing is when a player kills another player that just spawned in, or is within the area of their team’s spawn. This also includes killing a player that is attempting to spawn in a vehicle that just spawned in from changing teams or loading in the game itself as well.
Do not Random Kill
Random killing, or RK, is killing a player without a reason.
The following examples are considered RK:
- Getting revenge on a person for something that happened in a past life
- Killing people because you dislike the game, or North Korea in general
- Killing people for any reason outside of role play
The following examples are not considered RK:
- Using deadly force in self-defense against an attacker who is using deadly force
- Firing on law enforcement to escape from a crime you have just recently committed and is within your player’s life (see next rule on NLR)
- Murder with motive
Obey the New Life Rule
New Life Rule, or NLR, is when an individual is killed during a roleplay, and is considered “clean” of any crimes they have committed before they were killed. This rule only applies if a member of law enforcement is the one that kills the individual or observes the individual being killed by another player. In the event of a player trying to join the government or a law enforcement department, the player may be denied based on being a known criminal and repeat offender, despite the new life rule.
These rules are subject to change at any time by the administration team
