On the group admin panel, if the rank/user doesn’t have the permission to exile or change the ranks of other people in the group but they have the permission to manage the clan, they won’t be able to see the users in the group on the admin panel and therefore won’t actually be able to manage the clan.
I think this is because enabling clan management doesn’t make the users visible on the admin panel for that rank, but being able to exile users or change their ranks does.
This happens on production 100% of the time.
To reproduce this, change a rank to not be able to exile or change the rank of members, but allow them to manage the clan. The users will not show on the admin panel. You will need a separate account to be in the rank you are testing with or ask somebody else to change your rank in their group so you can see the effect.
