Clarification on Roblox's "Simulated Gambling" guidelines

In working on a life simulation game, I want to include social areas with various minigames including Billiards, Darts, Cornhole, etc.

Something else I’d like to include is card games - Blackjack, Poker, 31, etc. These card games would not involve currency of any kind - no robux, no in-game currency, no “gambling tokens” - they would be a minigame, solely free to play with no risk or reward.

The term “gambling” refers to the act of placing money on the outcome of something with the expectation of getting money in return for correct bets. My implementation of these games would have no cost, no reward, and would therefore not fit this definition.

However, since these games are typically associated with casinos and betting, would Roblox classify these as “Simulated Gambling” anyway?

References to gambling are allowed, as long as NO ITEMS OF VALUE are offered. This means that your simulation must not reward players with or take away Robux, real currencies, or in-game items that can be traded for Robux or real money.

Since your minigames are risk-free and offer no rewards, I’m sure you’ll be fine.
