As a member of the program, I am seeing lots of first time creators very confused on which category to upload their items since the addition of “Heads” to the list.
Lots of creators are attempting to upload head accessories (hats, face accessories, etc) into the “Heads” category, as they don’t understand which category these belong to.
Renaming the category, adding an explanation “Did you mean to upload this as a []”, or even only displaying which categories the accessory actually fits in are some possible solutions. I hope this can be better explained for new creators, as many are struggling with this, especially those whose primary language is not English.
