Clarity around playable/unplayable Gambling in 17+ experiences

There is no clear answer as to if playable gambling content is allowed or not allowed in 17+ experiences, without the use of items of value/spending currency.

The Roblox Community Standards state, without any clear definition on what “the portrayal of gambling” means.

we allow the portrayal of gambling in experiences. However, no real money, Robux, or in-experience items of value may be exchanged in connection with any gambling activities.

Whereas, the Experience Guidelines and Age Recommendations page only states: “unplayable gambling content”, however the Roblox 17+ Policy Standards does not have any mention of gambling, playable or unplayable. The creator docs page states:

Gambling is the practice of exchanging real world money, Robux, or in-experience items of value for a game of chance. While experiences cannot contain playable gambling content, including simulated gambling, you can depict unplayable gambling content, such as showing a casino or people playing cards.

From this, it seems that gambling content is allowed, only in an unplayable sense, however the community standards, says that gambling is allowed, on the condition that there is no exchange of money, Robux or items.

Another aspect that brings uncertainty is the presence of numerous gambling related games on the platform, including games which are to put it simply, entire casinos, which have yet to have been moderated. When previously talking with Developer Relations, I was told it was not allowed in any sense, only depictions of gambling.

Clarity regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated and if an announcement could be made to clarify this for developers as a whole it would be fantastic.
