Classic clothing upload failing

I’m trying to upload a “Classic Shirt” that I made, but when I press upload it says that it’s invalid and to make sure I used the template. The thing is, I didn’t use the original template, but a hoodie template I’ve found on the dev forum. Please help, but it’s totally fine if you can’t fix it

Template I used

My product (which fails the upload)

Never mind, I just realized that the photo didn’t export as a PNG and I have to buy a subscription on the service I created the shirt on in order to do so. SMH paid services always ruining everything :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

If it doesn’t work, simply insert the original file to a png converter website! (make sure it’s not sketchy)

I downloaded this and used Microsoft Paint to cut out holes for the hands and neck so the character’s skin color is visible through. However, the upload is still failing for some reason :( (is there any other way to bypass the emoji thing)

product with holes:

edit:
Actually, I suppose the problem is that the “greedy software” exported the image at a lower quality since I’m not paying for their pro version, and since the Roblox upload checker may check the resolution to make sure the clothing will look good on characters, it saw that the image was in a smaller resolution and threw an error

Whatever, I do not NEED this clothing to be uploaded. I just thought it was going to be fun. Thank you all for your help.
