Classic Heads being Offsale

Issue: Classic Heads such as Octoblox, Hex, ROX BOX, Eraser Head, Barrel, Cylinder Madness, Roll, Flat Top, Cool Thing, Perfection, Fat Head, Diamond, Pea Brain. The heads were put off sale with no explanation or reason.

Alongside recent updates such as the head adjustment working with current on sale classic heads that were leftover.

And the fact that Roblox has started making classic faces, Snowflake Eyes , it would make sense to bring them back as well to work with them since they have only so many heads currently on sale and would help people customize and make more outfits with these new faces and just more customization in general.
As pointed out by c1cuitbent, there are also hats made in mind with the heads as well such as Tiny Top Hat with Pea Brain, which is currently offsale.

Expected Behavior: Return all Classic Heads to being on sale with their previous prices.

I agree with this. It would also limit the amount of UGC static heads uploaded to the catalog since a lot of them are just classic heads reuploaded.

Yes, I agree. There is no particular reason that these heads should be offsale, and it would damage the account selling market a decent amount.

As much as I agree with this and want these heads back, this post is not a bug report and should be in Feature Requests.

I wish they would bring them back but since they have been offsale for almost 8 years I doubt it.

I agree with this post, I would love to see the classic heads return in order to be used with classic items such as the new Snowflake Eyes item.

bought that top hat a long time ago thinking the pea brain head was still on sale to use with it but it wasn’t :pensive:so it’s just unusable until that head goes back on sale. Would love for all classic heads to return.

Yes indeed, I also bought the Tiny Top Hat ROBLOX item while I was younger in hopes to utilize it in tandem with the Peabrain Classic Head only to find that ‘Peabrain’ was off sale. I was upset to find that I had wasted my ROBUX (which was in short supply for me when I was a kid).

I agree, as a small child I really wanted to acquire the diamond head but because of the change It made me sad. I hope they can revert the change in the future so I can buy the item!

I highly agree with this thread, the utility these classic heads gave to other Roblox hats prove that this should’ve never been removed and should of been thought as a feature rather than a list of items.

All of the following accessories are designed in a way that requires an off-sale head to be able to be used properly. Given the fact that some items are still listed for sale on the Marketplace, it would be great to see old heads return to the Marketplace in order to make them usable again.

Would love to see these go back on sale. Why did they take them off sale? Is there a reason or is it Roblox being Roblox?

These were made off sale for some reason. But it was no error, this was intentionial. I believe there was even a blog post about it.

Caveat emptor: not all existing ROBLOX hats work well with all head shapes. You will have to mix and match to find out which combinations look awesome and which don’t work. In the future we may make hats specifically for the heads that are hard to place normal ROBLOX hats on.

I also agree with this. Many catalog items such as Tiny Top Hat were designed using specific classic heads in mind to make them fit, and with Roblox creating a new classic face (Snowflake Eyes) after so long I don’t see why classic heads couldn’t also make a return seeing how they were taken offsale for no reason.

This sounds more likely to be a feature request rather than a bug…

Usually, accessories are taken away from the possibilities of being purchased if they have a deadline. For this case, since there are no public statements, it is possible to be returned on sale if you create a feature request.

If you want to make one, a Roblox employee says that you should use this category, #feature-requests:website-features, since they don’t intend to expand the subcategories of #feature-requests.

might as well make a bug report for the epic face since that randomly went off sale,
this is not a bug!!
