Roblox client crashes when attempting to play a game from the website, loads fine when using the client itself
Expected behavior
I should be able to join any game from wherever i choose, I should not be forced to use just the app, or just the website
Did you try clearing the browser cache?
I noticed this too but I can’t afford to clear my browser cache that often so probably just my browser causing it
This happens to me 20% of the time, even after clearing my browser’s cache. I don’t know why it happens, but it is annoying
Uh… for me it’s completely different. First of all the error doesn’t show as a notification but as a pop-up window (maybe because it’s like that on Windows 10) and second, this error happens only when I leave the game, which is strange.
I can launch the game normally like always, but after I leave the game after Roblox closes, the error appears. I can’t always reproduce this because it happens sometimes.
yes, ive updated and even reinstalled drivers, reinstalled Roblox fully, windows updates, everything
Roblox is the only thing I have with this issue, just constant, and when i finally can load into a game it just says i am already playing on another device (more than likely the crashed instance)
Please follow this guide, and post another bug report containing the log/dump files, as they are crucial in finding the root cause of the issue!
