Hello, I am having the same exact issue, I uploaded a video of it to my OneDrive. I tried contacting support and handing over my logs, am waiting on a response. Hopefully the video helps illustrate the issue so this can be resolved promptly. Thanks!
This crash seems to have been caused the Varjo Base software. I was able to stop Roblox from crashing by using a 3rd party uninstaller to remove any files associated with Varjo (The built-in windows uninstaller did not remove everything).
Unfortunately, this does mean I can no longer use my Varjo headset since it needs Varjo Base installed to function, but that will hopefully be fixed eventually
I found a better temporary workaround for anyone else having this problem. Instead of uninstalling Varjo Base when you want to play Roblox, you can off the OpenVR and OpenXR options in VB under the compatibility menu
