ClipPhone, developed by Clippsly Ltd, is a powerful Roblox-based UI for phones. To ensure a smooth experience for all users, we kindly ask you to read and comply with the following terms of use:

  1. Ownership: ClipPhone is the intellectual property of Clippsly Ltd. All rights are reserved by Clippsly Ltd.

  2. Acceptance of Terms: By using the ClipPhone model, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use.

  3. Redistribution Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing ClipPhone or any of its components. This includes modifying the code and publishing it as your own. However, you are allowed to use ClipPhone in your Roblox experiences and for personal use. If you wish to share your integrated work with others, it must be in conjunction with the ClipPhone model and properly credited to Clippsly Ltd.

  4. Use and Editing of ClipPhone Assets: You are permitted to use and edit ClipPhone assets within the ClipPhone model. However, these assets should not be extracted or used outside of the ClipPhone environment, unless integration has been specifically made by Clippsly Ltd or authorized by Clippsly Ltd in writing.

  5. Ownership of Assets: All assets within ClipPhone, including but not limited to scripts, UI elements, and designs, are owned by Clippsly Ltd.

  6. Compliance with DMCA: Clippsly Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon in connection with ClipPhone, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Clippsly Ltd may take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to address such claims.

  7. No Warranty: ClipPhone is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Clippsly Ltd does not guarantee the functionality, reliability, or suitability of ClipPhone for any specific purpose.

  8. Limitation of Liability: Clippsly Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of ClipPhone.

Please note that any violation of these terms of use may result in the suspension of your access to ClipPhone and potential legal consequences under the DMCA.
