[CLOSED] [$200 to $300 USD / every 2 weeks] - Looking to hire a Lead Programmer

Ciao. Thank you for taking an interest in this post! Down below holds all of the information in regards to the position.

About Us!

We are an Italian restaurant group built off of the ROBLOX platform, currently standing with over 25,000 group members. Our goal is to continue creating a thriving and authentic Italian Restaurant, working towards becoming one of the most realistic role-playing restaurant groups on ROBLOX. While we have achieved many of our goals with our current version one of the restaurant, we still have many ideas and changes that we hope to accomplish with upcoming updates towards future Pablo’s games. Although our current game is suffering a lot of minor glitches from ROBLOX progressing and changing LUA language (The current version is rather old), we still have a stable and loving community.

Pablo’s is such a friendly and welcoming community. Elan is a very nice person to work with. After finding out a group member scammed another person in another community, Elan took it upon himself to help the victim he didn’t even know get his money back. This goes to show just how caring of a person he is. I recommend working with him 100%.

I’m somehow interested in working with Pablo’s.

There are a few concerns, including…

  • Game lags somehow with medium quality of the game, does the programmer fix with the LocalScript?

  • What other projects are needed from the programmer?

Really low-payed, 300 USD per 2 weeks its like 450 USD per month, nothing

Low paid? I did not mention anywhere that this position would be a full-time job. If you had read my post thoroughly, I mentioned that the minimum requirement of hours per week for work would be 15 hours. I believe that $200 to $300 USD paid out every 2 weeks is a fair amount based on how much I can afford to pay since this is all coming out of my own pocket. If this is considered a low-paying position to you, that is completely fine, but please do not come here and insult my post with your comment.

Would you mind re-wording the first question? I’m not exactly sure what you mean.

As for projects, not sure what you mean by that as well. The lead programmer would be here to take on the lead programming role, which means that whatever we’re working on (Bug fixes, a new version of the restaurant, updates to the current game, etc) connected to the group would be what the lead programmer would work on as well.

Actually, on average it’ll be $125 a week for 15 hours of work, considering the minimum wage of 9-5 jobs is $7.5, workers will work on average 56 hours to make $420 a week, considering that, this offer isn’t quite bad especially since it isn’t even a fulltime job. $500 a month for only 60 hours of work. 60 hours of work isn’t a lot of time, time flies when you’re scripting, you have 672 hours in a month, you’ll only be working 8% of that time to make $500.

On a side note, I’d be interested in this position, make some extra cash on the side while grinding school. Sent a friend request: zRyan_16#4733

I mean, do you notice when you first join the game, some people may lag… does the programmer fixes what’s broken in the game most of the time?

I’m interested. I have experience with kitchen stuff on Roblox such as the following one, a game that I’m currently working on.

I can also work on a few other stuff.

I’m highly interested about working on the game!

Unfortantly, your inbox isn’t open.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out in interest for the position, it means a lot to see how many people had an interest in wanting to make Pablo’s a better place! With that being said we were fortunate enough to have hired a programmer and the position is now no longer available.
