Hello. I am a Roblox town and city roleplay community enthusiast who has had several small groups over the years dating back to 2012. I am still passionate in the genre but do not have the time anymore to devote to making new city layouts. I am looking to have a builder make some medium detail buildings and the surrounding roads and sidewalks to make up a small town that I post below. I ask that the structures try to make use of unions wherever possible to keep the part count low and that the developer includes some small hills and turns to make the town unique from the average Roblox city which is flat like a baseplate.

Here is the one street corner that I built as an example to provide a better visualization of what we are looking for.
The example that I built above can be provided as it has the scale for the roads and such. The payment will be in group funds as a one time payout to the developer at the competition of the project. We ask that you be able to join our group upon taking the project as Roblox now makes new group members wait certain amount of time before that can be paid out.
