You are asking basically for a researcher with knowledge of copyright law and offering 1-3 pennies per track. Copyright clearance is done professionally and requires time to research, both lyric and song.

I’m not sure. I’m certain another user will know. I just know if you want it done right for a legit commercial Roblox game 1-3 Robux won’t get you reliable results.
You might get someone to listen to tracks and pick then from Library for 15-20 a track. It’s the part where the person makes a knowledgeable decision on whether the track is copyrighted. The only clear way I’d see to let someone do it for real cheap is to only let them choose Roblox uploaded tracks. The library by itself is full of infringement and it’s not always obvious.
Im willing to do it if you bump the pay to 10 - 15.
