About me

Hi there! I spend most of my time modeling in Blender and texture painting in Photoshop, but am aspiring to learn LUA to create custom games in my free time. I am 40 years old and everyone in my home plays Roblox! Why Daddypuncher? Everyone in my home has _puncher at the end, it’s kind of a thing in our house! :smile: I spend quite a bit of time on this forum enjoying all of the hard work everyone is pouring into their projects. I have also branched off into making some of my models all in Roblox studio. I find that the simplicity of it all is very relaxing :slightly_smiling_face:

Showcase

I have a partial Obby that I started when I was first learning how to work in roblox. I have since added a small area where you can preview the models I have created. If you’re bored, try it out :slightly_smiling_face: UPDATE: I have added a few robot models, which are built using only roblox primitives! It is rigged and has a few animations and attachment points! The axes, girl hair and backpack are all accessories! The blue robot sports a rope modifier, so when you animate his arms, the ropes move with it :slight_smile: I’ve been having a ton of fun lately.

Not here to make an offer or anything, just commenting that your work is great and I love that you’re representing how everyone of all ages can play on this wonderful platform! Are your kids taking interest in creating on Roblox? If so, that seems like a absolutely wonderful little project for you and a learning curve for them. Best of luck learning lua, its a game changer! :wink:

My kids haven’t started creating yet, but they give me plenty of insight into what THEY want when I finish a game :slight_smile:

Wow, you have some nice work here, considering you’re only doing this as a partial hobby right now. You’re demonstrating that age is only a number on this platform! Good luck with learning Lua, and one day you could have a family development studio? :stuck_out_tongue:

That’d be pretty neat actually!
You could be the scripter and your children could make some buildings and graphics.
Anyways, not to bump up your portfolio, your stuff is actually quite good.
