Adobe Photoshop would also be a great tool for UI and cheaper than the adobe Illustrator plan. The only issue with using Adobe Photoshop is that it doesnāt nearly have as many tools as all of the other designing softwareās due to it being used mainly for photo manipulation. But If your looking for a cheaper Adobe option, then I would suggest Photoshop since it still gives you a lot of tools that you can use for UI.
(Also I suggest trying Adobe XD as it is a completely free piece of software)
As of now, I am using Google Drawings because its really good! Maybe once I get better, I may use Adobe Creative Cloud software. Thank you for recommending Google Drawings! Now I can make better UIs! 
And I may use Adobe XD soon!

I have had a sheer amount of requests to do UIs for people. After I finish for those people, I will open the thread againā¦ also a quick update about my UIsā¦ thanks to @ZxroVanity, for recommending me google drawings. For my final touches, I use Pixlr. Thanks to @EternalCanadianDev, I was able to know what Pixlr was. Thank you everyone for the pointers and recommendations!

Just want to let you know everyone, I am only doing 2-3 UIs max per person if they want exterior and interior of the UIs done. If not, I will do 4-8 small exterior UIs. Depends on how the difficulty level of the UI is whether it is the exterior or interior of the UI. Additionally, I want to add on that I am adding more work into my examples section. Finally, I want to add that I am taking only a certain amount of people and after I finish making some UIs for some certain people, I shall do my next batch. Thank you all again! 
EDIT: 2 new examples are out! More examples will be out in the following week! Also, I might be redoing this whole post, or making a new oneā¦
EDIT 2: I am not doing free UI FOR A VERY LONG TIMEā¦ I need to work on UI alignment and some other things such as contrast of colours. After getting better at colour choosing, contrasting with colours, and alignment , I may make another postā¦ as of now, this post will be completely scratched outā¦(maybe).
EDIT 3: Have deleted all examples and some other thingsā¦
Very interesting use of colors, and very unaligned. I think you should work on your alignment and placing, and use more modern colors.
