Is there any reason to be 18+ years?
10% for an animator? I feel like the scripter should be pushed to 40% or 35% as they’re literally the people that make the game run. Animator should be pushed to 20%. The rest can be spent on marketing
18 years? It should be 13 years. Basically, People don’t have to be 18+ to join a team to build. They can be 13+ aswell. Take this into consideration.
18 years seems way too high. 30
Essentially I can ask for whatever age I want, 18 is a good age since people tend to be more mature and professional at that age.
