Hi there! I wish to create a new game. which will be a 3rd person military-style shooter, there will be 2 teams, which will fight in a team deathmatch gamemode (We could add more gamemodes)

About The Job
For builders, I would want high quality map builds, which could range from close to real life builds, or original builds created only by yourself. You must have knowledge in games such as CS:GO, and other shooter games.
For scripters, you must know how to script guns, and be well experienced
Payment
We will be splitting up the pay into different percentages. My first set percentages would be:
Builder - 20%
Scripter - 20%
Scripter2 - 20%
UI - 5%
Modeler - 20%
Animator - 5%
Me - 10% (I will help if anyone needs any, and I am decent at scripting)
But these can be negotiated on. I do have backup pays, if anything terrible happens.
