Role Overview
As a Gameplay Engineer you will be responsible for the design, implementation and quality of features that go directly to millions of players worldwide! You will be building gameplay systems and tools that make world’s spring to life using Lua. More importantly, you will work with a driven, fun and dedicated team invested in making incredible games.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-quality Lua code
- Collaborate daily with a distributed team
- Improve existing experiences as well as create new ones
Required Skills
- Experience with Roblox Studio & Lua
- Familiar with network ownership, constraints & physics
- Familiar with tools & character manipulation
- Well-rounded math background (trigonometry, linear algebra, calculus, etc…)
- Ability to effectively communicate across disciplines (verbal and written)
