Hey, it is my pleasure to finally present project I have been working on for almost 3 years. I have been building this open world city in my leisure time and I have finally achieved a point where I would like to hire a programmer to help me finish it off.
Main idea is to create an open world game, with a possibility of owning your own business and working up the career ladder. At the same time each player will be able to create his own ingame team/group and use it to manage legitimate business or go against the law and lead crime organization. Both ways have their benefits and drawbacks but the main goal is to gain power over the city. You will be able to capture rival businesses and have shootouts, hot pursuits and many more.

About The Job
I am looking for an advanced programmer to join this project, as you will have to script mechanics of handling currency, property ownership, NPCs, http for data storage, guns, car physics and etc. It is indeed a huge list but I will ask you to start with basis and slowly add more and more to the game.
I am myself creating all of the assets, map, UIs, textures, 2D visuals and etc… thus I am looking for someone passionate and responsible, worthy of creating a dual partnership. As a partner you will have your say and will be able to suggest your ideas (probably will have to, as I will want for you to invest your ideas in the game too)
Payment
I am willing to share 50% of the income, as I mentioned earlier, it is going to be a partnership and I am looking for a person as invested as me. Unfortunately I am not able to provide any payment upfront whatsoever, but if it does succeed, we both might be sharing revenue with 6 zeros at the end
