Hello there! I’m glad that you chose to open this topic. My name is Sam, and I own The Beaurivière Hotel. This hotel is located in NY, NY. The time period is the 1920’s - 1940’s. I would ultimately like a Gatsby feeling. Pay will be discussed, depending on the amount of work you do. Willing to pay a lot!

Our team is small, and we don’t really have any developers, but, hey! We’re willing to get more than one developer to help you out and have the project move along quicker!
About The Job
We’re looking for a professional builder that can give ideas, follow reference images, make multiple assets, and know how to build in an Art-Deco manner. (If you don’t know how, you can probably learn with a few images!) We also would like to have a long-term developer, so we can have updates time to time. This is not at all necessary, but it would be great! We will not be using VC, hope that’s alright. If you’d like to use it with me, I’ll listen to you, but I probably won’t talk. I can also help with building assets etc…
